Industrial Powder Coating

At Flint Cliffs we provide a powder coat paint line capable of wet spray and electrostatic. Powder coating is applied using clean electrostatic powder coating process and comes in the form of microscopic particles. Wet spray uses a spraying action to coat the material you want to paint. Compared to wet spray, powder coating is environment friendly since it doesn’t contain harmful chemicals.

Our powder coating and industrial painting capabilities include:

  • 23 foot (7 meters) heated dry off oven
  • 64 foot (19.5 meters) prime and top coat booth with down draft ventilation
  • 180 foot (54.9 meters) bake oven capable of 480°F/249°C
  • 70 foot (21.3 meters) 6-stage pressure washer
  • 670 foot (204.2 meters) conveyor with variable speeds from 0-26 feet per minute
  • (0-8 meters per minute)
  • Individual or bulk part processing
  • Masking/Plugging per drawing specifications
  • Blasting Phospate (nano-ceramic TT-C-490 Type IV) Painting
  • Testing: MEK cure, Mil thickness (dry and wet) adhesion (100 square etc) salt spray, gloss and chemical resistant
